When I decided to buy my first home, I contacted Mike Arora because of my appreciation for his statistics website and blog. As a “numbers person” I figured I was going in the right direction working with a person who reliably dedicated to Toronto and GTA real estate. I am happy to say that I am thoroughly satisfied with my decision to work with Mike. I would like to offer a few points about Mike Arora to consider if you’re trying to find a Realtor:
He was extremely professional and competent while remaining good natured and easy to work with. I knew that I was in good hands.
He was not looking for a quick sale, but was seriously concerned with getting us the right home. I took me quite a long time to find the right home and he never even hinted at pushing.
When I found a home I was interested in, his approach to the negotiations was extremely effective. He used his understanding of the market to get us a great price on the house with inclusions I really didn’t expect.
After my offer was accepted and the conditions were waived, Mike was still working, sending me updates and reminders as to what I would need to take care of prior to taking possession (utilities, alarm, change of address, etc.). I probably would’ve figured these things out eventually, but Mike was aware of the extremely hectic schedule at the time, and his lists and friendly reminders were just what I needed to know that the house stuff was taken care of so I could relax.
I want to end this testimonial by saying that I don’t often write reviews for anything – and I’ve never written a review this favorable. I believe that Mike did an outstanding job and I will absolutely use him the next time I require the services of a Realtor.
